We are very happy with the final result. Not going to lie we were a little nervous about how this was going to go…LOL Neither of us could picture what the trim was going to look like. The Derricks were all amazing and did an excellent job! Makes such a difference at upgrading our older house to a more modern look….inside and out.

While they were here I had Derrick measure for a garage back door. We will go ahead and order a flat door for there. Derrick and I spoke about that yesterday. Thanks again for an amazing job done…..

Mary Ruth and I want to thank Derrick One and Derek Two for the quick and clean installation of the 6 windows on a cold winter day. The windows have certainly brightened the rooms in which they were installed. We also want to thank you Rick for listening to our suggestion for customizing the windows for each location. The Bathroom window on the Second Floor with the clear glass makes moon watching on a cold winter’s night a pleasure. The tightly sealed windows make the rooms much warmer.

I have had the pleasure dealing with Rick, Mary and Derek Block at The Door Centre and I could not be more satisfied.

I had 7 windows replaced in a century old log cabin and they took the time to understand my needs and how special the farm and its character mean to me. They made suggestions and recommendations and even understood the need for the finer details such as the grill detail built into the window.

The installation was professional and I arrived home after they were all installed and it felt like they hadn’t even been there; except for the new windows.

I am so excited about my new living room window. It looks even better than I was expecting. The design and the plain panes make the outside and the inside of the house seem wider, which I really like. I am sitting here now enjoying the opportunity of having air circulating from the casement side panels. That has never happened in the almost sixteen years that I have lived in this house.

I am equally impressed with the expertise of John, your installer. He truly has made the installation of a window into an art. My son was also blown away with the obvious care and expertise of John. He had a long journey getting here and I hope the return home was quicker.

I appreciate your willingness to take on my job in Toronto. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My son says I ‘m like a kid in a candy store.

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how thrilled John and I are with our new door. It really is the best quality, so well made, installed and let’s in a ton of light which was the objective. As you were able to do a custom side panel, our dog can look out the bottom and I can look out the top!

Just a few words to tell you how pleased and satisfied Wende and I are with the professionalism, excellent workmanship and quality products we have once again received through your company. The latest being the installation of our new “Vinylbilt” LoE2, Argon Gas, Energy Star windows.

As you know, our master plan has been to make our home more energy efficient and eco-friendly with the installation of a new high-efficiency furnace, air conditioner and replacement windows. Thanks to you and the oustanding craftmanship demonstrated by your installer John Noble, we have reached our goal. In addition to eliminating the ‘sounds from the soccer field’, the tint in the glass has greatly enhanced our in-door living conditions on the west-side of our house during this extraordinary hot summer.

I wanted to tell you that we are so very impressed with the finished product and the beautiful workmanship. Our front door looks incredible and unique!!!

As we shared upon first meeting you we have had such bad luck in hiring good contractors. Like many people I guess we have come to conclude that there are few good people out there who on their own merits ensure they do a great job. It is nerve racking hiring people today as in our experience there is a loss of what you hope for – which I believe is more than reasonable i.e. someone who listens, gives suggestions, is respectful, doesn’t push and then ensures they do a great job!!!! With you guys though, there is no need to feel nervous as your are committed to giving people more than what is standard or to be hoped for.

We want your potential customers who have suffered from being disappointed in the people they have relied on with past house upgrades/purchases to know they can trust you and your incredibly perfect team and product!!

I just wanted to thank you and let you know what a wonderful job you did. The windows are beautiful. I am sure it was a challenge to make them work so perfectly in a house as old as ours (1870).
